The Process
The first step
in preparing materials produced
by colleagues from a number of kindred congregations is to develop a
shared
vision of what the purpose of the team is.
Along
with that purpose should be a complete list of action plans which
should
include:
Second
step: Establish a calendar
upon which should be indicated:
Third
step: Make certain everyone
knows how to best keep in touch with each other.
Fourth
step: Establish a routine for
the production of similar materials such as press releases, graphics,
photos,
booth or display design, PowerPoint work, website development,
presentations,
and the like.
Fifth
step: Review the success of
everything you do and tweak things as you go.
Sixth
step: Keep your congregations
involved by updating them on a regular basis, posting success stories,
inviting
them to venues at which materials will be presented.
Seventh
step: Keep your minister,
staff, and committees involved and informed.
